We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Revelyst Golf Technology platform team which consists of Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, Golflogix and Pinseeker brands. The Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering platform finance support for P&L planning, forecasting, consolidations, variance reporting and SG&A management. This position reports to the Manager, FP&A and is based out of our San Diego office.

As the Financial Analyst, you will have an opportunity to :

• Forecast : Partner with Demand Planning, Sales and Product Development to create and validate rolling revenue forecasts for Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, Golflogix and Pinseeker brands. Identify trends, risks and opportunities through each milestone gate and present out to the executive team.
• Report Performance Metrics : Report and monitor KPIs across all categories, regions and channels, highlighting and investigating opportunities for profitability management.
• Build and relay timely and accurate expense models and forecasts enabling management to make appropriate business adjustments as needed.
• Participate in Financial Planning : Help to coordinate the multi-year planning process across all brands. You will contribute to the development of the three-year financial plan by supporting the leadership team with reporting and consolidation of plans across the platform.
• Collaborate Cross Functionally : Work closely with all functional teams across the Golf Technology platform to ensure financial alignment and accurate reporting.
• Transform & Integrate : Lead reporting harmonization across multiple brands.

Pay Range : Annual Salary : $77,000.00 - $90,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
