Regional Safety Manager – Roofing & Construction

Pompano Beach, FL

Salary : $65,000 – $85,000 + Benefits

Bilingual (English / Spanish) Required

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve regional safety programs tailored to roofing and construction operations.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses to ensure compliance and safe practices.
  • Deliver engaging safety trainings, orientations, and toolbox talks for crews and supervisors.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
  • Partner with HR, operations, and site leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
  • Manage injury / claim processes, including working with medical providers, insurance carriers, and return-to-work programs.
  • Represent the company with regulatory agencies and industry safety associations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of roofing or construction safety experience, with field roofing experience preferred.
  • OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual English / Spanish highly desired.
  • Experience with site inspections, safety training, and incident investigations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel regionally.
  • Self-starter with excellent organization and leadership skills.
