Infinitus Systems is building AI-powered healthcare solutions. We are a small, fast-moving team focused on transforming healthcare with multimodal AI and human-in-the-loop systems.
Your Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Commercial Counsel to join us as our second lawyer. You will partner closely with Sales, Revenue, and other key stakeholders to close deals with customers and vendors. As the second member of a scrappy legal team, you will drive commercial strategy, establish scalable programs, and work with leaders across the business as a trusted business partner. The ideal candidate has a solid contracting background, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office where you’ll collaborate with the team onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Your Impact :
- Partner with Sales to close customer deals
- Draft, review, and negotiate inbound, outbound, and partnership commercial agreements (customer contracts, NDAs, MSAs with key partners, vendor agreements, data security / confidentiality agreements, and business associate agreements)
- Maintain and update playbooks and template documents
- Educate internal stakeholders on negotiation best practices and contract terms
- Own our contract lifecycle management program and evaluate new technologies to uplevel our program
- Collaborate with all parts of the business to develop, implement, and improve scalable legal support processes
- Handle both big and small tasks and be willing to contribute across practice areas as needed
Qualifications
JD and California bar admission in good standing3+ years of legal experience in a law firm or high-growth technology companyDetail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience as a go-to legal resource for Sales, Finance, RevOps, and ProductAbility to operate in an agile, solution-focused setting and adapt quicklyProven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver resultsFluency with privacy and healthcare frameworks (HIPAA and CCPA)Sense of humorNice-to-have
