Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans\n
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed\n
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information\n
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed\n
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery\n
