Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of ERP cloud implementation experience in consulting
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations in areas such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll Cloud, Compensation, Workforce Management, Recruiting / ORC, OR Time & Labor
• 1-2 years of analyzing requirements, writing functional specs, testing, troubleshooting, and interfacing with business users
• Strong analytical skills for translating meeting info into documentation
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage project workstreams independently
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Teamwork aptitude and enjoyment of collaborative work
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed

The estimated base salary ranges from $105,000 to $145,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated between $117,600 and $171,100. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs. Salary details comply with applicable laws and may vary based on skills, experience, and market factors.
