Job descriptionSupervise daily operations of electrical construction initiatives, guaranteeing timely and fiscally responsible execution of all project components. Create an accurate bill of materials (BOM) and make necessary adjustments based on site conditions. Manage subcontractors on-site, ensuring all labor and material requirements are met per the project schedule. Execute electrical setup and associated duties as needed, delivering work that meets exceptional quality standards. Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure the worksite is maintained as a safe, clean environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Provide regular project updates, submit daily reports to the home office, and communicate any critical issues to management. Complete the project with a final walkthrough and obtain customer sign-off, ensuring all deliverables are met. Proven experience in electrical construction or installation project management. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and piping. Outstanding ability to direct and coordinate teams, with a proven capacity to oversee numerous vendors and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction and electrical installations. Strong expertise in leveraging project planning software and data tracking platforms.
