Capital Markets Middle Office Specialist
Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Specialist to join our Qualified Financial Contracts (QFC) Team as part of our Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division. This role plays a critical part in supporting regulatory reporting controls and capability testing while offering opportunities to contribute to process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional global terms, and gain exposure to complex financial products and services.
In this role, you will :
- Monitor controls, review data exception, facilitate root cause analysis and remediation efforts related to regulatory reporting
- Review and analyze trade and collateral data across a range of products, including fixed income, equity, credit derivatives, loans, Repos, etc.
- Support issue resolution related to QFC Recordkeeping Regulations and exception / break management
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution of complex issues
- Participate in meetings and contribute to cross-functional discussions to help identify and implement solutions
- Provide information to managers and the Capital Markets Middle Office
Required qualifications :
2+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired qualifications :
General understanding of Capital Markets, Capital Markets Operations, and related processesKnowledgeable of Regulatory Position and / or Transaction Reporting processes, Qualified Financial Contract Record Keeping experience is a plusSound analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail and accuracyDeveloped skillset in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem solvingClear and professional communication skills with both team members and stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, thriving in a team-oriented environmentSound task management and prioritization abilitiesWillingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team settingPrimary posting location :
