Are you a dedicated and caring LVN looking to make a real difference? We have an urgent need for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide exceptional one-on-one care for a special case in your community.

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Additional weekend shifts are also available for those who want extra hours or flexibility!

What You’ll Do as a Caring In Action LVN

  • Deliver safe, high-quality care following the physician’s prescribed plan.
  • Accurately document all care in our electronic health record system.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies with compassion and precision.
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate and support family members through health promotion and training.

✅ What You Need to Succeed

  • Current, active LVN license in good standing for the state of practice.
  • CPR certification (current and valid).
  • Comfort and confidence in providing in-home care to patients of all ages—from infants to adults.
  • Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required —we offer outstanding training and mentorship !
