Job descriptionProgram Growth Policy adherence (DDD standards) Review PCSP goals and add them to Spokechoice Submit progress notes to DDD Corrective actions (if needed) Manage service expectations Growth & improvement : Process improvement Staff and providers' support & coaching Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Proven experience in program coordination or a related role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
