Schedule Requirements :

Call Required : Weekdays 1500-0630

Float Required : Main OR

Weekend Coverage : Weekends 24 hrs (0630-0630)

Scheduling Type : Block

Medication System :   Pyxis

Documentation System : Cerner

Communication : SBAR, Safety Huddle

IV Teams : No

Lift Teams : No

Pharmacy : 24hrs

Transportation : No

Unit Secretary : M-F 0630-1430

Additional Unit Information :

Special Equipment : Equipment for Open Heart Surgery

Special Procedures : CABG, VATS, PeriCardio window. VATS MAZE

Scrubs : Provided
