Job descriptionProven Microsoft 365 administration experience (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI productivity tools. Experience creating and delivering technical training. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with governance, compliance, and user adoption strategies. Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, etc.). Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Background in change management or UX design. Prior enterprise rollout experience.

Location : Strong preference for Hybrid (Acton, MA) – Open to Remote
Overview :
Seeking a skilled Copilot Administrator & Trainer to lead the global rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot for a 5,000-user organization. This role blends administration, training, and AI agent development to drive Copilot adoption and productivity across teams.
Responsibilities :
- Configure, manage, and monitor Microsoft 365 Copilot features.
- Ensure compliance, security, and performance standards.
- Design and deliver engaging Copilot training (virtual & in-person).
- Create user guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
- Support development and deployment of Copilot-powered AI agents.
- Curate Copilot-compatible apps and manage governance.
- Lead the internal Copilot Community, share best practices, and support users.
