Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations during a growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

Own the monthly close and general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financials

Oversee billing, revenue, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management

Manage relationships with outsourced accounting firms and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including roles such as Controller or Senior Accounting Manager

Experience in a high-growth SaaS, tech, or VC-backed company

Hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting functions including payroll and revenue support

Experience managing cap tables and equity administration, preferably with Carta

Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and banking relationships
