The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator is a creative and strategic thinker passionate about real estate marketing. This role focuses on strengthening The Kohler Group’s brand presence, executing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and supporting creative initiatives that drive engagement and visibility.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of marketing strategy, content creation, and attention to detail—playing a key role in growing our digital footprint and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Compensation : $25 - $29 hourly

Responsibilities :

Social Media & Branding

• Develop and execute targeted social media strategies to grow engagement and followers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely, visually consistent, and on-brand messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
