Position Summary
As a Medical Technologist , you'll play an essential role in delivering top-quality care. Using your skills and expertise, you'll perform accurate laboratory tests, operate state-of-the-art equipment, and apply scientific principles to analyze and correct deviations from expected results.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform precise specimen analysis and report results following established protocols.Complete QC logs, preventive maintenance, and daily operational tasks to ensure smooth lab functioning.Assist with the training and mentoring of new personnel, contributing to the growth of the team.Continuously evaluate work processes and make recommendations for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.What We're Looking For

Qualifications :
