Position Overview : Join a healthcare services company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage AP for a fast-scaling business. As the sole AP team member, you'll take full responsibility for vendor payments, invoice matching, and financial accuracy using Sage Intacct.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage high-volume AP
- validate time and billing invoices
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments
- Input data into Sage Intacct and assist with month-end close
- Collaborate closely with payroll and staff accountants
- Ensure AP compliance and audit readiness
