Role Summary :
We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized rehabilitation services that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life. This role offers the chance to work in an educational setting with students, providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions using current best practices
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other care providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
