General Manager 3 - Food

Role Overview :

Sodexo  is seeking a  General Manager 3, Food  for Frederick Living, an upscale continuing care retirement community located in  Zieglerville, Pennsylvania,  nearby King of Prussia .  The General Manager will oversee the dining operations serving approximately 370 residents, mainly independent living.  Operations include 6 dining rooms, a retail bistro, breakfast cafe, C-store and catering.  This role demands a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development.

What You'll Do :

• Deliver a high-quality dining program across multiple venues;
• Lead a team of 4 managers, one Clinical Dietitian and approximately 50 hourly employees.
• Implement Sodexo systems and programs, and oversee training of staff;
• Drive employee engagement and resident satisfaction through strong leadership skills;
• Integrate fully within our client's organization and be a trusted adviser with a customer service focus;
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• Create a positive environment; and
• Ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
