Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR documentation
Develop training programs and support employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
3+ years of experience in HR management or leadership roles
Proven experience in recruiting for high-volume Sales teams
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
