Administrative Support For Biomedical Engineering Department
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Biomedical Engineering department. This role ensures smooth operations by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, assisting with reporting, and serving as a communication link between the biomedical team, vendors, and hospital departments.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement : Minimum two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience required, in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent customer service skills.
