Job Summary
The Line Cook and Food Prep are responsible maintaining all aspects of the line area and food items in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all aspects of the line area and food items
- Provide a positive, consistent leadership role model to hourly staff
- Use check lists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
- Follow all company specifications and procedure to ensure perfect food
- Follow and use all food safety procedures and logs
- Follow all food rotation and re-stocking procedure using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method

Requirements : Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferredMust be authorized to work in the USA and proper documentationGraduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferredMinimum of 1 year of food preparation experience requiredExperience with quantity food preparation preferredDemonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipesAbility to handle multiple prioritiesAbility to stand for long period so time, lift 50 lbs., and bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spacesPossess written and verbal skills for effective communicationYou must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
