How you will change lives

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will play a vital role in a dedicated healthcare team committed to improving the lives of patients experiencing renal failure. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN), your compassion and technical skills will help provide essential dialysis treatment to our valued patients.

What you'll be doing

• Patient Care : You will directly interact with patients, ensuring they receive safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient vital signs before and after treatment, initiating and terminating dialysis sessions, and collecting blood samples as per physician orders.
• Technician Duties : Quality is your priority! You will prepare dialysis machines, perform thorough cleaning and disinfection, and conduct safety checks to guarantee a safe environment for our patients.
• Safety and Quality : Utilizing personal protective equipment, you will follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant procedures and regulations under the guidance of a Charge Nurse. Your participation in staff meetings and ongoing education will be key in maintaining high quality care.
