Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to :
- Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping with bathing, dressing, or assisting with personal grooming
- Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents
- Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
- Answer call lights
- Work together on a team of caregivers and med techs
