Field Support Technician

The Manufacturing site is having workload and capacity issues related to ticket count and they are in need of a Jr. Level Support Technician to assist. They will work with a small team of 2 people supporting around 500 users and 200 devices. The Senior Techs will mentor the Jr. Tech. They would like someone they can train and develop and is eager to learn. This individual will be responsible for closing tickets and handling End User Support tasks. While not a lot of experience is required, some basic IT knowledge and understanding is helpful. The preference is that this is not the first job. Technical knowledge with W10, W11, setting up printers, troubleshooting devices, MS office and Teams is helpful.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
