Job descriptionAdvanced knife handling skills Menu / recipe development An understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards Food cost optimization Punctuality is a must Ability to lead a team successfully in a culture-driven environment including staff education, family meal, and strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn At least 4 years of experience in casual and fine dining. A strong sense of urgency and work ethic Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and being respectful Flexible schedule is require Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus
Job Details
JUA is a new wood fired Korean Restaurant in Flatiron District. This restaurant is the first project by former executive chef Hoyoung Kim from Three Michelin Starred Jungsik. We are looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals.
