Job Title: Recruiter (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000/year (depending on experience)

Benefits: Eligible for Dental, Vision, Medical, 401(k) after 60 days on contract

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate)
• Proven success in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Experience working in high-volume or deadline-driven environments preferred
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools a plus
