Medical Director

Next Level Hydration, Inc. is a nurse-led mobile IV hydration and wellness company based in Tampa Bay, with plans to expand into a brick-and-mortar clinic. We're committed to safety, dignity, and clinical excellence — and we're looking for a mission-aligned Medical Director to join us.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as the designated Medical Director for our nurse-led IV hydration services
• Review and approve clinical protocols, standing orders, and documentation templates
• Ensure compliance with Florida regulations and best practices
• Provide consultative support to nursing staff as needed
• Conduct virtual or telehealth Good Faith Exams (GFEs) for clients (paid per consult)
• Collaborate on quality improvement and risk mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For :

• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (MD or DO)
• Board certification preferred
• Experience in wellness, preventive care, or IV therapy a plus
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote documentation
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and patient-centered care

Compensation :

• Monthly stipend for medical directorship duties
• Additional per-client compensation for virtual consultations
