HVAC Service Technician

Service | Albuquerque, NM | Denver, CO | Avon, CO

Salary : $40.00 – $55.00 hourly

Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC Service Technician who thrives on solving complex mechanical issues. This role offers the opportunity to work independently on a wide range of systems—including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and more—while advancing your career with a safety-focused, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC mechanical equipment.

Perform equipment start-ups and inspections.

Conduct technical troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Ensure quality control through inspections and testing.

Provide customer-focused service while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Current and valid H / CFC universal license required.

Experience with a variety of systems, including :

RTUs, Boilers, MAUs, AHUs, Fans, Pumps, Cooling Towers, VAV / FPBs

Automation Systems and Chillers

Strong understanding of hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits / components.
