The Sears Anti-Aging Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-centered, regenerative medicine clinic delivering concierge-level care. The RN will collaborate closely with our physician and clinical team to provide advanced clinical support (assessment, IV therapy, EKG, phlebotomy) and quickly build competency across our core modalities (IVs, laser IVs, ECP, and transcranial therapies).
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with advanced regenerative and restorative therapies, including stem cells, lasers, hyperbaric oxygen, hormone balancing, PRP, peptides, and chelation. The RN will combine high-touch patient care with strong clinical judgment, care coordination, and leadership in upholding best-practice standards.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically confident, and motivated to grow within regenerative and integrative medicine. RNs are expected to achieve independence in core therapies by ~week 2, with targeted Stem Cell and Hyperbaric Oxygen certifications by ~90 days. High performers will have a clear growth path toward Clinical Supervisor / Manager responsibilities.
