Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inbound operations and lead a team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for scheduling, training, and mentoring employees while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to drive process improvements. Bilingual English / Spanish, WMS knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are highly preferred.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Supervise, mentor and empower team members
- Plan and assign work and work schedules
- Train and cross-train team members
- Responsible for interviewing and onboarding new hires
- Manage performance and terminations
- Accountable for maintaining quality and safety standards, improving productivity, and driving a culture of process improvement
- Prepare all reports and logs as required
- Provide weekly data including but not limited to productivity, safety, and housekeeping to management as required
- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
- Participates in special projects as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Schedule :
Tuesday-Saturday Tuesday 7AM-5 : 30PM. Wednesday-Friday 7AM-3 : 30PM. Saturday 9AM-5 : 30PM.
