Assistly Care empowers Personal Care Homeowners (PCHOs) with innovative, easy-to-use tools designed to streamline operations, elevate resident care, and support business growth. We are looking for a dynamic, community-focused content creator and strategist to strengthen our presence across social media platforms and deepen our engagement with the care home community.
Position Summary
The Content & Sales Strategist will be responsible for creating high-impact content, driving social media engagement, and generating sales opportunities within the PCHO community. This role blends marketing, influencing, and relationship-building to establish Assistly Care as the preferred solution for personal care homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original, high-quality social media content (Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, carousels) tailored to the PCHO audience.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and influencer, representing Assistly Care through authentic storytelling and community-focused messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Personal Care Home Owners to drive product awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Host live sessions, webinars, and Q&A events to educate and support the PCHO community.
- Monitor content performance, track metrics, and provide regular reporting on engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Identify emerging trends and adapt content strategies to maintain platform relevance and reach.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a social media influencer or digital marketer, ideally within healthcare, senior care, or child care sectors.Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content strategies and audience engagement.Demonstrated ability to produce engaging video and visual content.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain trust within the PCHO community.Sales experience with a strong conversion mindset.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Assistly CRM) and social analytics.Creative thinker with strong storytelling capabilities.Preferred : Background in senior care or childcare.Preferred Certifications
