DSPs for Community Engagement, and / or Day Support

$16.78 / hr FT 32+; $15.91 PT at minimum 3 days a week as of 9 / 18 / 2025

Shifts available : 8 : 30a-4 : 30p Mon- Friday

The average salary for a direct support professional is $15.91 per hour in Chesapeake , VA(per Indeed)

Applicant Must Have Own transportation; current insurance and valid Driver's License and good driving record (these items will be requested if hired)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities by enhancing their quality of life.

Direct Support Professional shall provide direct care services in either a home residential setting and / or community-based setting, to program participants with developmental disabilities and / or other disabilities in one of the agency's services / programs as specified in job offer.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
