We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and Inventory Management

Unload incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders.
Accurately label and store materials in designated locations.
Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Material Handling

Pick and pack products for shipment according to order specifications.

Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to maintain quality and compliance.

Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials as needed.

Compliance and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in alignment with cGMP standards.

Ensure all documentation is completed for receiving and shipping processes.

Safety and Cleanliness

Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to Turbare Manufacturing's standards.

Requirements : Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Familiarity with cGMP guidelines or willingness to learn.

Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and moving throughout the warehouse.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
