What Youll Do
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
Prepare and sterilize operatories and instruments according to OSHA standards.
Take and process radiographs as directed.
Anticipate doctors needs and help procedures flow smoothly.
Educate patients on post-op instructions and preventive care.
Accurately maintain treatment notes and patient records.
Support the dental team with efficiency, communication, and flexibility.
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves
Current RDA certification in California.
Strong infection control and radiology skills.
Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Empathy and communication skills to support patient comfort.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Dentrix.
Expanded function certifications (sealants, polishing, digital scanning).
Interest in sleep / airway dentistry or advanced training.
