We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-minded Financial Analyst with strong expertise in BI tools and a background in manufacturing or distribution. This role plays a key part in supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, evaluate profitability, support budgets and forecasts, and develop reporting that drives operational and financial improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, COGS, product mix, and operating results.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to evaluate cost drivers and operational KPIs.
• Develop and enhance financial models to support pricing, sales trends, and profitability analysis.
• Support variance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Assist in standardizing reporting processes and improving data quality and accessibility.
• Participate in strategic projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
