• Day shift 7am - 7pm, Tuesday to Monday rotations
• 15 - 18 patient census plus 4 - 6 admissions per 12-hour shift
• Government facility with 16 ICU beds
• Respiratory therapists, vascular access team, 24 / 7 pulmonary backup
• ICU admission privileges, night procedures include central lines
• Vent management required for night shifts
• Adult patients only
• One weekday orientation 8am - 5pm prior to first shift
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
