Job descriptionPhD or DNP Preferred Current, unrestricted State of Florida RN License APRN certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner Academic leadership experience, minimum 5 years Full time teaching experience, minimum 5 years Full time nursing practice experience, minimum 2 years Familiarity with accreditation processes; preferred experience with ACEN Standards
Program Directors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to develop, maintain and deliver education services to students through :
- Creating and Maintaining core curriculum across the institution
- Communicating and monitoring delivery of core curriculum
- Preparing course plans and material
- Delivering courses
- Monitoring progress / attendance
- Advising students
- Recording grades and submitting reports
