Job descriptionProvide telehealth consultations to paramedics in the field to enhance patient care Direct and advise paramedics during emergency situations Chart and log all patient calls promptly and accurately Collaborate with field teams to ensure effective emergency response Utilize Athenahealth EMR for documentation and communication Masters of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice required Active board certification in Family Practice, Acute Care, or Adult-Gerontology required Minimum of five years independent Nurse Practitioner experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine Must be licensed in Massachusetts, Oregon, or Texas Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Whether you need long term coverage for your practice, short term vacation coverage, or anything in between – you can trust Barton Associates to provide the flexible staffing solutions your organization needs to thrive. About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 365-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts starting Dec 1, 2025. This telehealth role involves 24-hour shifts, consulting with paramedics, and supporting emergency care through virtual communications.
