The Opportunity
We're hiring a Director of Sales to build and manage a high-performing sales team, and develop and execute effective sales strategies that resonate with our audiences and drive patient engagement and growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in high-growth environments, understands healthcare consumer behavior, and can build and execute a sales strategy that delivers measurable impact.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated sales campaigns, including direct sales and referral network development.
- Build scalable sales systems and processes for lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship management.
- Analyze patient conversion data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, clinical, and executive teams to align sales efforts with patient care objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels to expand reach and impact.
- Partner with Marketing to develop sales collateral and messaging that effectively support sales initiatives.
- Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic opportunities for growth.
What You Bring :
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in healthcare, consumer services, or multi-location operations.Proven success in developing and executing highly impactful sales strategies that achieve measurable results.Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills within a sales environment.Expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, client relationship management, and performance analytics related to sales output.Experience in patient acquisition, referral networks, and healthcare consumer engagement is a strong plus.Why Join Us?
