Ovation Hospice, is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse / Case Manager in the Davis / Weber county area, with a focus on geriatrics, hospice, and palliative care to join our Hospice team. As the Registered Nursing / Case Manager with Ovation, you will be responsible for planning, coordinate and provide hospice care in accordance with the patient's plan of care, and ensuring the highest standards of care are upheld. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
