As our Admissions Director , you’ll be at the heart of our mission, guiding families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care experiences.

What You’ll Do as Admissions Director :

• Oversee the full admissions process from referral to post-admission, ensuring smooth patient transitions using the Genesis Core Operating System (PCC)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and Genesis HealthCare Area entities to meet census goals and optimize quality mix
• Lead the center’s sales program to maximize customer satisfaction, public image, and ADC goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, driving consistent, high-quality referrals
• Provide prospective patients and responsible parties with guidance, information, and support in selecting the right care
