• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 1 : 4 weekend schedule with 12-hour shifts
• One overnight call requirement from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM for trauma call
• Specialty team call scheduled per team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)
• 1 : 1 patient ratio in operating room setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Work with Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot equipment
• Use Epic EMR system
• Preferred experience in General, GU / GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular procedures
• Must be flexible, accountable, timely, and a team player
