The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have prior experience working with real estate companies, and be confident in handling client calls and lead generation while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling / calling leads to generate appointments and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination.
• Post pre-provided content on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Use Pipedrive to manage leads, track client interactions, and update CRM records.
• Utilize dialer tools for efficient calling and follow-ups.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication when engaging with clients and prospects.
