Program Assistant

A company is looking for a Program Assistant to support the delivery of culturally sensitive services to survivors of torture and human rights violations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in meeting the medical, mental health, social, and legal needs of survivors

Manage data entry, cleaning, and reporting for program databases

Enhance fundraising and communication strategies to cultivate funding opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts or Science

Experience with data management and analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas

Familiarity with website and design platforms like Mailchimp and WordPress

Knowledge of REDCap preferred
