This position is responsible for advancing our Lymphoma and Leukemia pipeline in early development, including developing winning global commercial strategies, developing competitive TPPs with deep disease area knowledge and insights. Candidate will lead a cross-functional team(s) to develop actionable insights, forecasts, and competitive assessments that will inform the development and competitive positioning in this expanding therapeutic area for J&J. This role will work across the enterprise to ensure marketing input into the CDT(s). The GCSO Director of Strategic Marketing is responsible for progressing additional early-stage assets through commercialization. The Director, Global Strategic Marketing reports to the Sr. Director, Global Commercial Strategy L&L Portfolio Strategy and Early Development and will be part of the team that leads the commercial strategy, launch excellence, & market shaping. This role will contribute to optimizing the value of our global J&J L&L portfolio, by collaborating with key functions across the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), J&J Research and Development (R&D), and J&J business regions.

They have the ability to understand, interpret and communicate commercial and competitive implications of technical / clinical / regulatory data. This individual has the capability to interact with R&D colleagues on scientific issues. They demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority with high-level management and cross-functional partners. They will demonstrate an attention to detail and excellent critical thinking.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
