Inventory Supervisor
The typical schedule for this position is a rotating 12-hour shift 7 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 30 p.m. with rotating holidays.
General Summary
The Inventory Supervisor is a working supervisor and supervises / assists with stock put away, quick issues / STAT orders, receiving, order picking, and product returns on "A" Shift of the Inventory Management department, and provides exceptional customer service. Reports to department leadership.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Required Education and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent required. Minimum of three years of inventory management experience, preferably in medical supply inventory management. Experience working with inventory management software.
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must demonstrate interpersonal skills necessary to direct work with subordinates, explain department policies and procedures and communicate effectively with other professionals. Must demonstrate team building and problem resolution skills. Must meet the insurability policy requirements to drive a CHKD vehicle. Must be able to pass the CHKD driving test within 30 days of employment.
Working Conditions
Warehouse and / or exterior environment. Possible exposure to extreme temperatures.
