Our Ideal Candidate
This is an onsite role based in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate for the Office Coordinator role is an experienced business professional with strong coordinating skills who oversees our daily business functions and keeps our office organized and running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing
As Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing our business office, managing calendars and events, supporting our General Manager, Leadership Team and providing HR administrative support. This role serves as administrative contact for our team and visitors, and manages an efficient, welcoming, and productive workplace. Performing administrative operational tasks, coordinating events, executing administrative processes, and supports internal communication to help our team function at its best.
Administrative Support
· Provide administrative support to General Manager and Leadership Team, including HR Manager.
· Assist managers and staff with various administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry- ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· Provides administrative support by coordinating, facilitating, and communicating company-wide information.
· Composes various documents: correspondence, interoffice memos, presentations, and reports.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Office Organization
· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
· Manage inventory of all office supplies, furniture, and technology equipment, including purchase of office materials.
· Ensure equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
· Coordinate with vendors for office services and supplies procurement.
· Answer and direct incoming calls.
· Oversee and maintain conference room and conference room equipment.
Events & Calendar Scheduling
· Manage company calendars.
· Ensure timely reminders and updates for scheduled events.
· Coordinate management meetings and schedule off-site meeting space.
· Coordinates special activities and functions: Yearly company meetings and industry events.
· Assists with presentations and special projects.
Data Maintenance
· Maintain and update company process binder.
· Updating and maintaining all administrative files.
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
· Support departments in their clerical work.
Office Maintenance
· Maintain common areas and shared spaces.
· Coordinate with Building Management as needed for facility repairs and maintenance-related concerns.
· Assist with compliance with health and safety regulations within the office space.
Collaboration
· Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and support.
· Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient operations.
· Responsible for maintaining all firm administrative filing both electronically and on paper.
· Assisting other administrative areas of the firm.
· Other duties and projects as assigned.
What you Bring
- Required 2-5 years experience in providing general office administrative support.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and knowledge of various software systems to make administrative support more accessible and efficient.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple priorities.

What We Offer
Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary of $58,000 USD - $60,000 USD (depending on experience), full benefits including 401k, outstanding profit-sharing potential, and a generous vacation and holiday package.
