Advanced Practice Nurse - Gastroenterology

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is eager to make a difference in patient care. This role involves working closely with physicians and nurse colleagues to provide family-centered, high-quality healthcare to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include comprehensive patient assessments, conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing medical conditions, and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor new staff and lead clinical shifts, ensuring a smooth workflow for patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Utilize advanced knowledge of anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and physical examinations, and manage the collection of clinical data.
• Order and interpret medical lab tests, diagnose conditions, and administer treatments as necessary.
• Maintain detailed patient records to ensure accurate medical billing and documentation.
• Lead clinical shifts, provide patient triage, and ensure efficient patient flow and discharge processes.
