A company is looking for a Shopify Technical Account Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Shopify clients and maintain proactive relationships
Make backend updates in Shopify and troubleshoot website issues
Translate client requests into actionable tasks and manage project progress
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital project management or technical client services
Experience supporting clients on technical matters, including site configurations and troubleshooting
Prior experience with website platforms, preferably Shopify
Familiarity with ecommerce, UX / UI principles, and project management tools
Available during standard business hours in the EST time zone
