FX PB Product Associate
The FX Prime Brokerage product team has overall responsibility for the operations and development of the FX Prime Brokerage (FXPB) platform, including revenue generation, cost & risk management, product development, and client relationship management. It sits within the wider Global Foreign Exchange (GFX) business.
The FXPB Product Associate plays a crucial supporting role within the team. This individual will assist senior team members in daily operations and risk management, client, and data management, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our FXPB business. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to gain in-depth experience in financial markets, particularly FX derivatives, and FXPB services.

What You'll Do
Risk and Operations : Handle trade capture of selected FX option trades, ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manage and monitor risk metrics, reports, alerts and overall risk profile of the FXPB business, escalate any breaches or concerns to senior team members and internal risk management groups. Support oversight of our operations team to minimize operational riskClient management : Assist with periodic review of client activities and product offering, flag any gaps and opportunities or potential areas of concerns to senior team members and our sales partners. Support senior team members in new client mandates and legal negotiations on commercial points, ensure that new opportunities meet revenue and return hurdles. Assist with onboarding of new clients by overseeing the coordination between internal teams (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Operations). Support ongoing relationship management for our existing client baseFinancial Resource Management Support ongoing review of the revenue and returns performance metrics to ensure clients are priced sustainably. Support ongoing cost reduction initiativesProduct Development : Contribute to the implementation process of new enhancements to the FX Prime Brokerage platform. Support ongoing enhancement processes to ensure regulatory compliance and robustness of the FX Prime Brokerage platformLearning & Development : Actively learn about FX markets and products (spot, forwards, options, NDFs), and prime brokerage concepts. Develop a strong understanding of the firm's internal systems, platforms, and processes. Build strong working relationships internally and externally. Seek opportunities to expand knowledge in risk management, compliance, and financial regulationsSkills You'll Need

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135K to $175K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
