Job descriptionImplement and monitor individualized patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate the condition of patients as necessary. Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure smooth and well-coordinated patient care. Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with the coordination of patient discharge planning, collaborating with the entire healthcare team. Current RN license with specialization in Labor and Delivery. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification. Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification (AWONN preferred). 1-3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing. Two professional references. Work authorization in the U.S. (Green Card or U.S. Citizen).
